Ingredients:             Quantity                       Serve :  6


  1. Milk                                            1litre
  2. White Bread                                5 slice
  3. Sugar                                             50 grams
  4. Cashews                                     1o cut into slivers
  5. Pistachios                                 1o cut into slivers
  6. Almonds                                   1o cut into slivers
  7. Cardamom                                       1/2 tsp


How To Make:


  • First of all take a boel add milk and put milk o medium flame to boil stire it.
  • When it starts boiling,add sugar, and all dryfruits. Stir  & keep cooking until you are left with 1/4 milk quantity
  • After 10 mins ,this is how milk will look like.after 115-20 mins milk is thick and quatity has been reduced to 1/4
  • Now add cardamom powder.Mix  & cook for 1 more min.Get your pan off the flame.Let this malai cool down completely
  • Now take bread and cut white bread slice into roundles.Don't use brown bread in this recipe.time to serve this sweetdish!
  • Now dip bread slice in malai for 30 seconds.Garnish with leftover dry fruits and enjoy this delicious dish! Bread rasmalai is ready it for serving ...............
