Mutton curry
Ingredients:
Mutton 800gm
Onion 8 medium sized (750gm)
Curd 1 Cup
Tomato 2 to
3 medium sized
Green
chilly 4
Desi
Ghee 6
Tbs
Salt to
taste
Red
chilly powder 1
Tbs for marination +1 Tbs in gray
Coriander
powder 1 Tbs
Garam
Masla 1 Tbs
Black
cardamoms 2
Colves 5 to 6
Cinnamon 1 stick

Meat
masla 3 Tbs ( I
used Shan meat masla you can use any
brand)
Method:
We’ll
washad mutton to a bowl
Followed
by ginger garlic paste,salt red chilli
powder, garam masla mix well.
Now add
yogurt,smoothened mix with your
hands,don’t worry let’s get messy set
aside for at least an hour
Add desi
ghee in your Coocker when hot,add by leaf dried red chilli cinnamon stick,
colves black paper ,cardamom stir well
Till the
flavour releases, which is when we’ll add roughly chooped onions and cook
medium heat till the colour changes.
Now add
ginger garlic paste mix well and cook till golden brown or the onions caramelizes
Now
switch off the flame.
Now add
roughly chooped tomatoes to a mixie,green chillies and our cooked onions which
includes raw spies(solid spies as well as powderd) grinde in mixie and make a
fine paste out of it.
Add desi
ghee again to a cooker when its hot,add by leaf dried red chilli,cloves,black
paper, cardamom,coriander seeds,and stire
Now add
the onion tomato paste stire on medium heat
Add
salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder ,garam masla,meat masla mix well
We the
masla on a medium heat for 4-5 mins
Now add
marinated mutton and mix well
Cook for
3-4 mins on a medium heat and now we’ll
cook it coverd with a lid for 10-15 mins on a low flame.
After 15
mins,open and stire
Now add
handcurshed kasori methi and garam masla.
Now again
we’ll let it cook on a low flame for 25-30 mins
Open and
chek
The ghee
is coming out of the gravy on the sides which means its cooked
Chek the
mutton
The masla
is thick so we’ll add 1-1-5 cups water and mix well
Now we’ll
let it cook till 2 whistles
We’ll
switch off the flame when we here 2
whistles and
Open the
cooker when the pressue atomatically
relives
Now you
can see the beautifull colour of my curry mutton
The ghee
has come out
Curry
mutton is ready .
