Mutton koyla karahi
Ingredients:                                     Quantity
Mutton meat                                   500kg
Coriander                                         4/5 tbsp
Onion                                                2 med size
Cumin seeds                                    1teaspoon
Black pepper                                    1tbsp
Red chilli powder                            1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder                             ½ teaspoon
Garam masala                                  1 teaspoon
Salt                                                     as required
Ginger garlic paste                              3tbsp
Green chilli                                        1 piece
Oil                                                      ½ cup
Tomato                                             5 pieces med size
Yougurt                                              ½ cup
Method:
First of all take a pan and put oil in a deep pan then add the mutton with the garlic and ginger paste and cook it for 1 minute on high heat
Now add the onion s then cook it for 5 min on high heat,now add all the spices and cook it for 2 min more on high heat
If you think the salt or spice is less ten you can add more,now add the tomato paste and I forget to tell you about the yougurt so add that and mix well then put the lid on and cook it for 2-3 min until the water releases
The water has released now add more water  so the meat can cook and now put the lid on until it cooks
The meat hascooked now dry up the water and put a coal on the fire an let it burn
Now cook it on high heat untill the colour changes and now add the green chilli and green coriander you can add ginger as well if you like
Put foil in the middle with the coal on top then put oil on top and shut the lid then leave it for 2-3 mins
Mutton koyla is ready to be served.
