Mutton Leg soup
Ingredients:                                     Quantity
Mutton legs                                        2 pieces
Mustard oil                                          30ml
Onion                                                  2 med size
Fenugreek seeds                                  2pinch
Turmeric powder                                 ½ tsp
Ginger,Garlic                                       1tbsp
Garam masala                                      1tsp
Red chilli                                             as required
Salt                                                       to taste
Cumin powder                                     ½ tsp
Bay leaves                                           2 pieces
Tomato chopped                                  80gm
Coriander                                             2tbsp
Method:
First of all take a pressure  and heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry fenugreek seeds.when the fenugreek seeds turns brown add chopped  onion.
Now add bay leaves and add turmeric powder ,now add the mutton legs
After some time,add ginger garlic paste,add salt,add red chilli powder & cumin powder and keep stirring.
After few minutes add chopped tomatoes,now add garam masala
Now add required hot water to make soup.
Cover the cooker.Mutton leg has to be cooked longer than other meat.cook until 14-15 whistle best result.open the cooker and mutton leg soup is ready to be served.
Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves.
