Dahi Chana Chaat
Ingredients:
Boiled/canned Chickpea                                          ½ Kg
Gram flour                                                               2 TBS
Water                                                                       1 Cup
Salt to taste
Red Chili Powder                                                     1TBS
Coriander powder                                                    1 ½ TBS
Tamarind (water)                                                     1 Cup
Potatoes Cubes                                                         1-2
Tomato Chopped                                                      1-2
Onion Chopped                                                        1
Green Chili                                                              1-2
Yoghurt                                                                   1 ½ cup
Chaat Masala                                                           ½ TBS
Cumin Powder                                                         1 TBS
Method:
First boil potatoes with yellow artificial color. Drain and cut potatoes in cubes.
In a pan, add 1 cup water and add gram flour. Mix well to avoid the lumps.
Add salt, red chili powder, coriander and cumin powder and cook until gram flour is cooked.
Add chickpea, onion, tomato and tamarind water and cook for 5 minutes.
Dish out in a bowl.
Beat yogurt. Add a layer of potatoes than add yogurt layer on chickpeas. Add green chili. Garnish with chaat masala and serve.
