Ingredients:
Vermicelli ½ cup
Ghee
1 & ½ tbs
Cardamom 2
Clove
1
Milk
1 Litre
Sugar ½ cup
Nut
(almonds, pitachios, walnuts)
Mathod:
In a pan
heat ghee, add cardamom and clove and saute. Add vermicelli fry and stir well.
In a
separate pan, add milk and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Add sugar
and fried sevaiyan to milk and cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes. Keep stirring
while cooking.
Dish out and
sprinkle nuts of your choice and let it cool. Serve
