Checkin White Karahi Recipe
Ingredients:
Checkin 1kg
Oil 1 cup
Onion medium 3
Garlic 1 bunch
Water 1 and half glass
Yoghurt 1 cup
Blend dry Coriander 1 tbsp
Garam masla 1 tbsp
Black paper 1 tbsp
Salt
Green chilli 2
Method:
Add onion and garlic and boil for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Now blend it and make it into a smooth paste.
Put oil to a pan then add onion and garlic paste and cook for 5 mints on high heat so the water dries.
Now add the checkin and cook it on high heat
the colour should change.
Add all the spices in the yoghurt then add some water make a smooth paste.
Now add the yoghurt with the spices in the checkin after 5 mins.
Now cook it for 2 more mints on high heat then put it on medium heat and left it cook.
The yoghurt has resleased it water now cook it on high heat and dry the water.
The water is drying and the gravy is thickening.
Now taste the salt and spice if it less then you can add more.
The Karahi is ready now add the green chilli on top for Presentation.
