How to make egg fried rice

Ingredients:


  1.  basmati rice             2 cup 
  2. carrot            1
  3. green beans                     10-12
  4. cabbage                     1 cup ( chopped)
  5. onion                            1
  6. spring  onion              3/4 cup( chopped )
  7.  bell pepper /capsicum    1
  8. garlic                 3 cloves 
  9. soya souce              1 to 11/ 2spoon
  10. mild   chilli    sauce                1spoon
  11. tomato  sauce                         1 spoon
  12. coarsely  ground  pepper         3/4  spoon for rice + 1/2
  13. egg    for tsp
  14. star anise     1 ( optional)
  15. salt        according to teste
  16. oil  2or 3 spoons
  17. butter   required ( 1 spoon)
  18. eggs                                   4

         
       How to make:

  •  Soak the rice for 10 to 15 minutes.rinse with water and drain.add 9 cup of water in avessel, allow to boil
  • Then add, 1/2 spoon of salt, butter. when it boiling add rice and cook.
  • Rice is now cooked.drain off the water.
  • Let it cool for some time. 
  • Chop all the vegetables.
  • Add 2 or 3 spoons of oil in frying pan and heat.
  • Add star anise, chopped gralic and saute in well.
  • Add onion and saute till light brown colour.
  • Now add beans, cabbage ,carrot and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  • Then add bell pepper and salt.
  • Now add 1 spoon of soya sauce,3/4 or 1 spoon of mild chilli sauce(as per your taste),1 spoon of tomato sauce (as per your taste) and mix
  • Now add some spring onions pepper and mix.cook for 2 minutes then add rice and mix.mix well the rice with all the vegetables .
  • In a bowl mix the eggs ,with salt and pepper powder.
  • Heat a frying pan ,add 2 tsp of oil.then add the egg mixture and saute for 2 minutes in simmer flame.
  • Just 2 minutes saute and make it in to small pieces.
  • Now add this egg pieces in to the fried rice and mix well.
  • Garnish with some spring onions
