Cheese sticks
Ingredients:
Cheese 1block
Egg 1
Salt 1pinch
Breadcrumbs
Method:
At first you
need a block of cheese like this.
It’s a
semi-soft or medium hard cheese,as mozrella,gouda or emmental
Cut it into
sticks about 2cm thick
At the
end,they will be the size of index finger
When cut,put
egg in a deep plate or a bowl
Add a pinch
of salt and beat with a fork
Then coat
the cheese stick with egg and with breadcrumbs
Then coat
again the stick with egg and again with breadcrumbs
Covering
twice with egg and breadcrumbs,you’ll get a very crispy outer layer!!
When
breaded,place on a plate until you finish breading all the sticks and when all
are breaded place in the refrigerator for about an hour
Over
time,fry them in plently off oil over high heat
Fry them for
abut a minute
When they
are browned,remove from oil and place on papper towel
Finally you
get them this…..
