Chekin Tikka Malai

Ingredients:


  1. Chekin bonless                                                    250gm
  2. Yogurt                                                                                   ½ cup
  3. Creem                                                                                    ½ cup
  4. Chees                                                                                      1 Tbs
  5. Gingee,garlic,chilli paste                                                 2Tbs
  6. Black papper                                                                          1Tbs
  7. Kasoori methi                                                                       1/2 Tbs
  8. Garam masla powder                                                        1Tbs
  9. Salt for taste
  10. Lemon jouice                                                                         1Tbs
  11. Cornflour                                                                                 2Tbs
  12. Oil                                                                                              2Tbs
  13. Butter                                                                                          2Tbs
  14. Sekwers
Method:


  • In a bowl add yogurt,cream,garlic,ginger paste black papper,garam masala,salt chees,lemon jouice,  kasoori methi,chekin and mix well
  • Now mix chekin marinat for 1 hour
  • After 1 hour add the cornflour in the chekin now add oil  and mix  it well
  • Now pierce chekin pieces on the sekwers
  • Cook at 180oc for 12 to 15 mins
  • Brush butter in a pan
  • Add the chekin pieces one by one keep high flame
  • Cover for 2 mins on high flame
  • After 2 mins flip the chekin pieces
  • Cover for 5 mins on low flame
  • After 5 mins flip the chekin pieces on high flame until nice grill marks appears
  • Nice brown grill marks has appeared.dish it out
  • For smoky flavour  if charcoal is not available then in high flameyou can roast to get a smoky flavour...........
