How To Make a Chekin Tikka Malai
Chekin Tikka Malai
Ingredients:
- Chekin bonless 250gm
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Creem ½ cup
- Chees 1 Tbs
- Gingee,garlic,chilli paste 2Tbs
- Black papper 1Tbs
- Kasoori methi 1/2 Tbs
- Garam masla powder 1Tbs
- Salt for taste
- Lemon jouice 1Tbs
- Cornflour 2Tbs
- Oil 2Tbs
- Butter 2Tbs
- Sekwers
Method:
- In a bowl add yogurt,cream,garlic,ginger paste black papper,garam masala,salt chees,lemon jouice, kasoori methi,chekin and mix well
- Now mix chekin marinat for 1 hour
- After 1 hour add the cornflour in the chekin now add oil and mix it well
- Now pierce chekin pieces on the sekwers
- Cook at 180oc for 12 to 15 mins
- Brush butter in a pan
- Add the chekin pieces one by one keep high flame
- Cover for 2 mins on high flame
- After 2 mins flip the chekin pieces
- Cover for 5 mins on low flame
- After 5 mins flip the chekin pieces on high flame until nice grill marks appears
- Nice brown grill marks has appeared.dish it out
- For smoky flavour if charcoal is not available then in high flameyou can roast to get a smoky flavour...........
