Chicken Roast
Ingredients:                        Quantity
Small potatoes                         6
Baby carrots                          your choice
Salt                                           1tsp
Black pepper                          1tsp
Olive oil                                  1tbsp
Onion                                      1 piece medium size
Lemon                                       1
Garlic                                        4-5
Spice                                       as required
Whole chicken
Method:
First of all take a deep baking dish and add potato,now add small baby carrot,ass sprinkle salt,add black pepper,add olive oil,and mix well
Now take a bowl and put in whole chicken and add olive oil rub both  side
Sprinkle spice mix and rub generously flip the breast side up and stuff cavity add lemon squeezed,add onion medium size,add garlic cloves
Sprinkle spice mix over breast side and cover all areas and string or aluminum foil to tie legs together and twist to secure
Now creat a well for chicken to sit on and place chicken breast side up
Preheat oven and bake 1.5 Hrs
Serve chicken with roasted vegetables
Chicken roast is ready
