Ingredients:
Chickin
boneless 1kg
Coriander ½ cup
Tomatoes 3
Onions 3 medium sized
Yogurt 1cup
Cream 1/2cup
Chees 1/2cup
Ginger
garlic paste 3TBS
Salt for
taste
Red
chilli 1/2TBS
Turmeric 1/2TBS
Garam
masla 1TBS
White &
black papper,, 1TBS
Dry red
chilli 1/2 TBS
Dry
Coriander 1/2 TBS
Oil ½ cup
Method:
Put oil in a
clay pot and let it get it hot then add chickin and cook it for 2-3 mins on high heat
Until the
chickin gets wite
The chickin
is white now add the onions and ginger garlic paste then cook it for 2-3 mins
Now add the
blended tomatoes and yogurt then let it cook on high heat
The chickin
has released water now keep the heat high and dry the water
The water
has almost dried now add spices and cook it for
2-3 mins
The water
has dried now add the cream and cheese
at this stage taste the salt and spice
Then cook it
on medium heat for 3-4 mins
Now add the
coriander and leave it on slow heat until the oil releases
The Chickin
Cheese Handi is ready serve with Naan
