Ingredients:
1.5 Packets Digestive Biscuits (16-18 Biscuits)
Butter 2-3 TBS
PUDDING:
Brown Sugar 3/4 Cup
Cocoa
1/3 Cup
Corn Flour 1/4
Cup
Milk 3
Cup
Salt
½ TBS
Butter 1
½ TBS
Vanilla Essence 1 ½ TBS
Chocolate Shavings for Garnishing
Mathod:
Chopperize biscuits & add butter, mix well and press
down form in a dish with hand/spoon or spatula in a dish and keep it in freezer
for 10-15 mins. Set Aside.
Whisk together Sugar, cocoa, Corn Flour, and salt in a
pan.
Gradually add cold milk a bit and turn on the heat. Now add
remaining milk and keep whisking to combine and to avoid lumps.
Whisk for 5-6 minutes more till thickens.
Once thickens, remove from heat and add butter and Vanilla
essence in it.
Pour the mixture on pie/base and leave for 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle/garnish with chocolate shavings.
