Ingredients:                                      Quantity
Cookies                                                 100g
Butter                                                   50g
Cream Cheese                                    500g
Wipping Cream                                 500g
Sugar                                                  100g
Neutral gelatin sheet                         8
Strawberry jam                               300g
Method:  
First of all take a blender and break some cookies with hand and them put in a blender then, crush the cookies
When crush ,add softend butter and crush again finally,you will get a texture like a wet grit.put the cookies in a springform pan pie and with a glass ,crush evenly throughout the mold surface
There shouldn’t be free hollows once done, put in the fridge while making the next step
In a tall casserole put wipping cream and the same amount of cream cheese add sugar all amounta at the end of the video
Now heat over gentle heat and stir constantlynnow while doing this, moisturize netural gelatin continue stirring and when gelatin is well moisturizedget it and squeeze excess water then add to the cream and cheese mixture and mix well
Made all this,pouring over the cookies base and lrt cool in the fridge about an hour
After the hour, put strawberry jam in a pan ,heat it and add more netural gelatin mix and then add on the cake surface
Put in the fridge and let cool from 4 hours to an entire night at the next day.cheese cake is ready it for serving!
