Dahiwala Chickan
Ingredients:
Oil   
Cumin seeds
Bay leaves
Black pepper                                                    1TBS
Cloves                                                              4-5
Ginger garlic paste                                          3TBS
Onions                                                             3medium sized
Salt                                                                  1TBS
Chopped chillies                                             3
Chopped tomatoes                                          3
Red chilli powder                                           1TBS
Plain flour
Chicken
Salt                                                                1/2TBS
Curd                                                              1cup
Coriander leaves
Water                                                           2cup
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Kasoori meethi
Coriander leaves
Garam masala                                           ½ TBS
Method:
Heat some oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds,bay leaves,black pepper,cloves and ginger garlic paste.
Add onions and salt-Add chillies,tomatoes and chilli powder, cook on low flame
Coat chicken into plain flour and then put it into the pan
Add salt and curd and mix well
Add coriander leaves, water and let it cook for 20-25 minutes
Add coriander powder, cumin powder kasoori meethi,coriander leaves, garam masala and mix well
Dahi chicken is ready to be served
