Lemon Papper Checkin
Ingredients:
Chicken                                                                               1 kg
For marination
Lemon juice -                                                                      1 Tbs
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder                                                          1 Tbs
Ginger garlic paste                                                              1 Tbs
  yogurt                                                                                1/2 cup
For the cooking step:
Oil                                                                                       3 to 4 Tbs or you can use butter
Tej Patta                                                                              2 (Bay leaves)
Black pepper                                                                       4 corn  
Finely chopped garlic                                                         1 Tbs
Ginger julienne                                                                   1 Tbs
Salt as per taste
Green Chilli                                                                       4
Black pepper powder                                                        1 Tbs
Lemon juice                                                                      2 Tbs
For slurry
water                                                                                 2 Tbs
cornstarch                                                             ½ Tbs
Method:
First of all,put all the washed chekin in a bowl and pour some lemon jouice
Add salat,as per taste,black papper powder,ginger garlic paste
Now smoothen the curd and add  in this and mix it well
Now heat a pan,and add 3 TBS of  oil
You could add butter with this as well followed by 2 bay leaves,4 black papper,1TBS finely chooped garlic sute and add ginger julienne
Sauté for about 40-50 second
Now add marinated chekin and mix well and cook well high flame 2-3 mins only
Till all this water evaporates and the colour changes a bit
Add green chilles,slit from the middle
A little bit of salt,very creafully as we have added some in the marination step
1 TBS Black papper  powder and mix well and now an cover it and let it cook for 15-20 mins
After 15 mins now we’ll let this excess water dry up/make this mixture a little thicker and turn up the flame to high
Add 2 TBS lemon juice and mix well  let the sauce thicken about 1-2 mint
Chek the salt
To thicken it a little further,we’ll add a slurry
For which ,in 2 TBS of water ,add a half TBS of corntrach and mix it well
Pour it all on the chekin!
Mi x well,the sauce has theckined in 30-40 seconds perfectly
Switch the flame off and serve this lemon checkin
