Peache juice
Ingredients:
Peaches                                                                         1 & ½ cups (cubed)
Sugar                                                                                ½ cup or taste
Lemon zest                                                                    1TBS (1 lemon)
Water                                                                                2 cups
Cold water                                                                        2 cups
Lemon juice                                                                      ½ cup
Garnishing:
Lemon slices as required
Peach slices as required
Mint leaves as required
Mathod:
In sauce pan,add peaches,sugar,lemon zest and water,cook on lower flame until peaches soft
(Approx. 8-10mins).
When peaches are very soft, mash them with a masher.
Let mixture simmer until it thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Strain the peach syrup mixture into a bowl and discard the solids.
Refrigerate until chilled.
In serving glass, add peach and lemon slices, pour peach mixture, cold water and lemon juice.
Add mint leaves and stir well.
Serve chilled.
