Ingredients:
Basmati rice ¼ Cup (Soaked for 1 hour)
Milk 1
liter
Sugar ½
Cup
Cardamom
powder ¼ TBS
Almonds Blanched & chopped 2TBS
Khoa 50 gms
Kewra water ½ TBS
Mathod:
Slightly
grind rice in a spice mill or in zip lock bag,add soaked rice and slightly
crushed.
In pot,add
milk and bring it to boil,add crushed rice and cook for 8-10 minutes, keep
stirring in between.
Add
sugar,cardamom powder,mix well and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes or until
rice are cooked and keep stirring in between.
Add almonds
and khoa,mix well.
In the
end,add kewra essence and give it a good mix.
Rice Kheer
is ready to serve.
