Ingredients:                                     Quantity
Mutton                                                1kg
Black Pepper                                        1 Teaspoon
Cloves                                                   5 pieces
Cardamom                                            6 pieces
Cinnamon Sticks                                   3 pieces
Mace                                                      1 piece
Seeds of black cardamom                      2 pieces
Red chili powder                                   2 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder                                  ½ Teaspoon
Coriander powder                                  2 Tablespoon
Salt                                                         1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice                                           2 Tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste                                 3 Tablespoon
Green chili                                              2 pieces
Coriander Leaves                                    few
Poppy seeds                                           2 Tablespoon
Cashewnuts                                           20
Coconut powder dried                         3 Tablespoon
Almonds                                                  20
Charoli                                                 2 Tablespoon
Method:
First of all graind all spices,now take a bowl and add mutton,graind spices,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,lemon juice,ginger chilli garlic paste add it and mix it well
Marinate for 30 mins in refrigerator
I can smell the aroma spices
Now take a pan heat clarified butter 1 TBS and add almonds,chasewnuts,charoli,Poppy seeds,Roast under low flame now add coconut powder, Roast for just 2 minuts
Now close the flame and let it cool,roasted nuts are cool now
Now add the fried  onion medium size,nuts,grined themwith 200gram yogurt and ground paste is ready
First of all take a pan and heat clarified butter now add marinated mutton pieces roastit under high flame  now roast for 10 minutes
After few adjust flame from high to low try not to burn the masalas now add the half cup of water to it
Now add it to pressure cooker and cook till it gets tender ifrequiredyou can make entire it korma in pressure cooker ,now mutton is tender
Now add ground nuts and add unsweetened khoa 50 gm and mix well cook under high flame for 2 minutses
Now add water ½ cup and when gravy boils and lower the flame & close the lid cookunder low flame for 10 to 15 minutes
After 15 minutes open the lid and add few coriander leaves shahi mutton korma is ready colour is so amazing
