Tasty Potato Dogs

Ingredients:                                                 Quantity

Frankfurters                                                       8

Potato                                                                1kg

Cheese                                                               100g

Bread Crumbs                                                2tbsp

Oregan                                                            1tsp

Oil                                                                 As required

Salt and black pepper                                As required

Method:

First of all in a casserole put some potatows with water…and boil them

Cook them for about 30 minutes .then with a fork or knife ,check they are cooked….and drain for water while cooling ,cut frankfurters and cut intosmall pieces

Now put the potatoes (peeled and cut) into a bowl and ten add a pinch of salt,add ground black pepper ,greated cheese ,add breadcrumbs and flour,so the dough will be more malleable and optionally,oregano,thyme or rosemary crush and mix well ingredients with a fork

When you get a dough like this take a small portion and squash with hands and put a piece of frankfurter on the dough

Wrap the frankfurter and finally shape the dough then , place on a plate

When all frankfurter have been shaped, freez them 30 minutes after this fry them

Now put them ,one by one ,in plenty oil do not fry than 30 seconds and brust in oil  tasty potato dogs is ready it for serving!
