Zinger Paratha Roll


Ingredients:
Chicken                                                     500g
Ginger garlic paste                                 2TBS
Vinegar                                                     1TBS
Chilli sauce                                               3TBS
Mustard powder                                     1TBS
Salt                                                             2TBS
Black papper                                            1TBS
Paprika                                                      2TBS
Corn flour                                                 1cup
Flour/maida                                             1cup
Baking powder                                         2TBS
White papper                                           1TBS
Chilled milk
oil
Method:
In a bowl add chicken,ginger garlic paste,vinegar,chilli sauce,mustard powder,salt,black papper,paprika then mix well
Now in a bowl add maida then add paprika powder,salt,baking powder,white papper chilli sauce chilled milk mix it well and put it to a side
Now in 3 cup maida add baking powder for layer mix well and put a side
Then take a pan  add oil and put on high flame when oil heated dip chicken in mixture and then dip in dry maida and cook  for 8 mins one by one
Now  take a parath put chicken pieces add  onion crushed and mayonnaise and roll them one by one
Zinger paratha is ready
