Method:
First of all
take a bowl add oil,addsugar and use whisk,mix for a minut
Now add
yoghurt mix well until creamy.now add vanilla extract mix well.now add plain
flour ,add baking soda,add baking powder, add milk, use a whisk,mix well gently.
Mix gently
until mixture is creamy and no lumps. Don’t over mix it, the cake will be
hard.mix again with spatula.pour mixture
into prepared tin.
Now preheat
the pot.add salt in pot.level the saltin pot. Place therack or stand.cover the
pot with a tight lid and turn on the heat on high flame for 5 mins. Perheat the pot for 5 minuthigh flame. grase the cake
tin with oil.gently tap the pan.add risingon and tutti fruiti on top. cake is ready for baking.
Open the pot
carefully ,it will be hot .place your cake pan gently on the stand.cover the
pot ,let the cake start baking.
First keep
the flame on medium for 5 min.then lower it and continue cooking for
35minutes.check the cake once after 35 minutes .after 40 mincake the cook for
again,open the lid.insert a toothpick, if it comes out dry,cake is done.
Carefully
take out the cake from the pot .cool down the cake for 10 to 10 mins on wire
rack. Use the knife to loosen the sides .turn over the cake on a plate .cake is
done from both side.it has nice golden
colour. turn again to other side.
Cake is ready for serving. The cake is very
soft & moist.
