Cream Cheese spaghetti

Cream Cheese spaghetti
Ingredients:                                Quantity
Spaghetti                                        200g
Cream                                            150ml
Garlic cloves                                    2
Hard Cheese                                    200g
A handful of chopped parsley
Cooking broth                               half glass
Salt and ground pepper              As required
Oil                                                 As required
Method:
First of all in a plenty of boiling water,put a handful of salt then add the spaghetti
One minut later, when they have stofend a little ,stir with a spoon .after about 10 mins ,when they are cooked and save half glass of the cooking broth and drain the spaghetti
Then in a large frying pan,fry some garlic cloves fry them for about a minut .when browned,add light cream all sauce amounts ,at the end of the video
Now add a spinch of salt ,add grated hard cheese  and mix all the ingredients while cooking over low heat and cook for 2 mins
After this,add the spaghetti the saved  cooking broth  and a handful of chopped parasley integrate all ingredients with sauce and cook them for two mins more
When all ingredients are integrated,sprinkle with freshly ground pepper
Cream cheese spaghetti is ready it for serving!
